Buckwheat hull is a natural renewable product and has been used for centuries in pillows. The Buckwheat Hull Pillow is a healthy, comfortable and anatomically correct support for your head, neck and shoulders, and many health care professionals recommend buckwheat hull pillows.
The Buckwheat Hull Pillow moulds to the shape of your head and neck. Plump up the pillow, then burrow your head in while leaving your shoulders on the bed. Adjust the position if necessary so that your neck is fully supported.
As with any new pillow, it may take a few days or so to adjust; as soon as you do you'll never want to sleep on another pillow ever again and it will last for at least 10 years.

Air the pillow in direct sunlight for a few hours occasionally to help keep it fresh. Before washing, completely remove the buckwheat hull filling. Wash the empty fabric cover only and ensure it is completely dry before refilling. Do not wash or wet the buckwheat hulls. Do not microwave or heat the pillow.
