Terms & Conditions
All mattresses, bedding products, and related accessories sold by the store are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please choose carefully.
Mattress Warranty (10 Years – Spring Structure Only)

Mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty on the spring structure only under normal usage conditions. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the internal spring system.
The warranty does not cover:
- • Foam, latex, fabric, padding, or comfort layers
- • Normal wear and tear
- • Body impressions from regular use
- • Stains, liquid damage, or misuse
- • Damage caused by improper bed base or inadequate support
- • Physical damage caused by moving or mishandling
* Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Return, Exchange, Refund Policy (7 Days)
Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses, pillows, quilts, and bedding products cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Customers may request a return/exchange/refund within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- • The product is unused
- • The product remains in original packaging
- • The product is in resalable condition
Refunds will only be issued if:
- • The product cannot be repaired or replaced
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Delivery charges and service fees are non-refundable.
Delivery
- • Customers must ensure that the delivery location has suitable access and sufficient space for the purchased products.
- • Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed and redelivery is required.
