Delivery note
All items are delivered by post across Australia (except bedroom furniture). For detailed delivery costs, please contact us by phone to provide logistics and delivery quotations. Normal delivery time 1-3 working days for small items; 2-7 working days for large items. We will notify you by email or call in advance.
Warranty Statement
All mattress springs are guaranteed for 10 years (non-human damage). If you have any questions about other products such as bedroom furniture, please contact our customer service department cs@sleepmart.com.au.
Payment and delivery
Full payment must be received before shipment.
Return Instructions
We will carry out the return and exchange of goods in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Pillow and bedding are considered for hygiene reasons. After unpacking, if it is not a quality problem (such as customers change their minds, the size is not suitable), they will not be returned or exchanged.
