Some people have a burly physique and broad shoulders, and the standard height [Pro™ Pillow] cannot provide sufficient support when sleeping on the side. We specially designed "adjustment pads" to increase the side sleeping area at both ends of the pillow, making side sleeping more comfortable.

• [Adjustment pad] Up to 3 layers, with two Velcro on the front and back. Depending on the width of the shoulders, [adjustment pads] can be added as needed to keep the cervical and thoracic vertebrae straight when sleeping on the side.

• Pllow adjuster is designed to provide additional thickness to the side sleep sections of your Pro™ Pilow. The size of your cervical arve relative to the width of your shoulders which determine the needs to use pillow adjuster.
• YOu may increase the height of your side sleeping sectionof your Pro™Pilow by adding maximun of 3 layers pllow adjusters.
